LogicMonitor, a provider of the leading SaaS-based unified observability platform, announced the opening of a new Research and Development Centre of Excellence in Pune, India. The research and development team at the new facility will focus mainly on developing LogicMonitor’s observability platform, LM Envision, including the time-series database, application performance monitoring and topology mapping.
“During the pandemic, many organisations had to accelerate their digital journeys and ensure their technology was up to par. This has allowed us to work with several new and exciting companies,” said Christina Kosmowski, CEO, LogicMonitor. “India is a particularly exciting location for technological innovation and technology companies, so, as we continue to grow, it makes perfect sense to open this larger, new location in Pune. This centre will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and competitive advantages, both in India and globally,” she added.

The company’s expansion from a coworking space into a larger, more permanent facility follows the 2019 launch of its Centre of Excellence in India which is centrally located in Pune.
This further expansion will allow LogicMonitor to work more closely with its clients in the Indian economy and engage with the leading system integrators. In addition, the company plans to hire 75 to 100 more people in Pune in 2022, bringing its Indian workforce to approximately 400 and increasing its global workforce to 1,200.
