CEO of Birlasoft and Sasken, Mindtree co-founder Anjan Lahiri says that his new venture, Navikenz, focuses on helping enterprises discover and implement synthetic AI-enabled solutions to improve business processes.
Anjan said that Navikenz was launched during the first wave of COVID-19, and it has only now been able to scale by engaging with Fortune 500 customers to determine what AI can do for them, utilising its Business Process Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud and Data Science capabilities. The company has bagged several large clients in life sciences and discrete manufacturing sectors.
“Navikenz has pioneered a differentiated approach to AI solutions. We have formulated a proprietary framework by taking Kaizen and TQM frameworks learnings. Services within the framework are designed to speed up organisational capabilities in AI-service generation and fulfilment, creating a pipeline of business generated use-cases within a matter of weeks. Big and small enterprises need to leverage AI to enhance efficiencies in their process and enable that to happen,” Lahiri said.
