Padmashree is the Global Head of Analytics and Data Science at Capgemini. In her role, she is responsible for crafting dynamic and ingenious Analytics and Data Science solutions aligned to their clients’ business transformation. She and her team, comprising of analytics professionals, business intelligence experts, data storytellers, data scientists, ML engineers, and AI Architects, are responsible for helping and partnering with clients across industries to unlock and realise the value of their investments in data, through AI & Analytics.
Being a solid believer in the positive impact of AI in changing and shaping our future, Padmashree, along with her team, has curated and executed many award-winning AI solutions. She is focused on building robust and trustworthy AI to solve varied business problems.
Padmashree is a passionate business leader with a career spanning over 26 years and has led multiple large and complex transformation programs, delivering strong business outcomes for her clients.
Padmashree is on the advisory board for leading analytics learning platforms viz. Upgrad and WileyNxt. She is also on the advisory board for “Mela Ventures”, a VC fund set up by Industry Veterans. In addition, she has co-authored the Innovation Black Book for Enterprise 4.0.
