Ruble’s interest to be in the lesser-known data-driven problem-solving space more than a decade ago got him a fortunate break to start his career as a data scientist with Mu Sigma. He played multiple roles contributing to the company’s growth from a successful start-up to one of the largest pure-play data science service providers. During his tenure, Ruble designed, developed and delivered multiple solutions leveraging the latest and greatest Machine learning solutions for industry-leading clients across verticals. Many of these were patented by clients, won awards and recognitions, and were industry recognised owing to maturity and business impact combined with innovation and first of its kind thought leadership.
After spending few years in the US setting up successful Data Science, ML and AI practices for leading Fortune 500 clients, Ruble now heads the Centre of Excellence for Data Science, Analytics and Consulting at eClerx, a leader in the data science services space. In the last 4+ years, Ruble built this team grounds up and today drives data science growth for eClerx by building successful client partnerships in Data Science. A growth of 25% in the pandemic hit year speaks volumes about the capabilities, future readiness, and maturity demonstrated by this team in designing and delivering cutting edge solutions.
Ruble was recognised as a 40 under 40 data scientist in 2019 owing to his contribution in developing and delivering the next-gen solutions to clients who are at the cusp of AI maturity and demonstrating leadership in the ML/AI space by making innovative headways in marquee solutions like Recommender Systems, AI-driven Customer and Marketing analytics solutions, NLP, Image Analytics, among others.
