Tech Mahindra has acquired Activus Connect, a work at home customer experience management solutions firm, for $62 million. The acquisition strengthens the company’s end-to-end CX portfolio and expands the company’s capabilities in emerging workplace solutions. Headquartered in the US, Activus Connect has 1,750 employees, and in 2020, it reported revenues of $17 million.
Tech Mahindra will use Activus Connect’s AI-powered compliance analytics platform – SmartVirtual, to render a secure cloud-based ecosystem of technologies, virtual management practices and analytics.
With this acquisition, Tech Mahindra can now offer multichannel, multilingual, voice & non-voice customer care, retention, sales, social media moderation and technical support to customers.
