Global Consulting Firm ZS To Recruit 3,000 Employees In India This Year

Global professional services firm ZS will hire 3,000 employees for three of its offices in India. Both freshers and experienced professionals will be considered for roles such as business consulting, data scientists, and technology specialists. Of the new recruits, 30 percent will cater to business consulting, 45 percent to business technology, and the remaining 25 percent will work in the business operations verticals.

As per reports, the company has already begun the process of recruitment, starting with the top management and IT colleges in India. During the pandemic, ZS virtual onboarded new recruits. In 2020, the company hired at least 2,000 employees.

ZS’ Indian offices already employees over 5,500 personnel. “India is a very crucial region for ZS, as over 65% of our global team comes from the country’s best colleges and professional backgrounds. We will continue our efforts on campus as well as lateral hiring for Bengaluru, Delhi and Pune,” said Sanjay Joshi, Regional Managing Principal and Asia Head.

As part of accommodating the growing headcount and general employee well-being, ZS has rolled out new policies addressing the needs specific to remote working situations. Some of these initiatives include one-time work from home allowance and an extra year-end bonus.  The company will also host several mental and physical well-being sessions and allocate special meeting-free work time to ensure a good work-life balance.
