AIM, in partnership with LinkedIn, has launched the AIM Global Capability Centre (GCC) Council—a curated, invite-only leadership forum that brings together senior GCC leaders from India and the broader GCC ecosystem.
As GCCs across India transform into levers of innovation, leadership, and enterprise transformation, the need for a focused, peer-driven leadership platform has never been more urgent.
The AIM GCC Council is envisioned as a strategic space for peer-to-peer dialogues and learning, focused on the evolving role of GCCs in a digital and AI-first world.
"The AIM GCC Council has been instrumental in helping me navigate complex AI transformations. The peer insights are invaluable," Rajesh Kumar, CTO, Global Tech GCC, says.
The AIM GCC Council will enable closed-door, candid conversations among GCC leaders, providing a forum for discussing challenges and sharing lessons. It will create a conducive environment where forward-looking perspectives can be shared without the noise of vendor-led narratives or transactional discussions.
With Santosh D’Souza stepping in as Head LTS, India, the partnership is further strengthened by his deep industry perspective on how GCCs are evolving into global engines of innovation, talent, and AI-led transformation.
How LinkedIn Powers GCC Scale, Talent, and Brand
Through LinkedIn’s partnership, council members gain access to unmatched professional insights and reach, helping GCCs scale faster, hire better, and build enduring employer brands.
LinkedIn enables GCC leaders to position their GCCs as a destination of choice, not just a delivery centre, attracting top-tier digital, AI, and leadership talent by:
- Accessing and engaging high-quality talent at scale through data-driven talent insights and targeted outreach
- Strengthening employer brand credibility by showcasing leadership voices, innovation stories, and transformation journeys to a global professional audience
- Building future-ready capabilities by tapping into LinkedIn’s ecosystem of skills intelligence, learning, and leadership content
Together, AIM and LinkedIn are poised to help GCCs move from hiring for roles to building long-term capability and leadership pipelines, combining AIM’s deep industry intelligence and LinkedIn’s professional network of 1.3 billion members, with India being the fastest-growing market.
Purpose and Vision
The AIM GCC Council has been created with the core objective of enabling meaningful peer dialogue by fostering confidential, high-trust discussions among GCC leaders navigating similar strategic and operational challenges.
"The vendor ecosystem discussions saved us months of evaluation time. Real practitioners sharing what actually works,” Vikram Singh, Head of AI, Global Analytics Hub, says.
The body will also shape leadership perspectives through focused conversations on AI, digital transformation, talent evolution, operating models, and leadership in globally distributed enterprises.
Who is the Council for?
The AIM GCC Council is tailored for C-suite and senior leaders shaping the future of global enterprises from India, including GCC heads and site leaders, CXOs, CHRO’s, EVPs, and senior vice presidents and leaders across technology, AI, digital, data, talent, and operations.
"Published my first byline through AIM. The thought leadership platform here is unmatched for GCC executives in India,"Sneha Reddy, CHRO, Tech Innovation Centre said.
Through a series of curated roundtables, leadership discussions, and exclusive engagements, the AIM GCC Council will focus on the most pressing questions facing GCCs today—ranging from AI orchestration and platform ownership to talent strategy, governance, and global influence.
