Aays, a domain-led data and AI firm, has acquired Aidetic, an AI engineering company specialising in computer vision (CV), custom natural language processing (NLP), and embedded machine learning.

While the acquisition value was not disclosed, Aays disclosed that Aidetic’s team will form its AI Engineering Hub in Bengaluru.

By combining Aays’ expertise in domain-led data governance with Aidetic’s engineering capabilities in CV, NLP, and edge deployments, the partnership intends to accelerate pilot projects to production, helping enterprises reduce time-to-value and deliver measurable outcomes.

“With enterprises, the challenge isn’t building models but operationalising AI,” said Anshuman Bhar, CEO and co-founder of Aays. “This partnership is intentional: Aays brings governance, industry playbooks, and reach, while Aidetic adds production-grade engineering. Together, we will deliver SLA-backed, observable co-pilots and vision systems that land faster and scale across enterprises.”

Founded in 2018, Aidetic has delivered large-scale AI deployments across banking, financial services, insurance, and technology. “We have proven CV and NLP deployments at scale in BFSI and tech; with Aays we carry that edge-to-cloud rigor into CPG, retail, and manufacturing,” said Yadvendra Kshatri, co-founder of Aidetic.

“This will be governed by design and tailored to the business, so solutions move from pilot to multi-region production with predictable outcomes.”

As part of the deal, Aidetic will become Aays’ Bengaluru AI Engineering Hub, anchoring capabilities in computer vision, NLP, and embedded ML. The merged teams are now aligning toolchains and portfolios, while extending reference use cases across industries and geographies.

The partnership is expected to enhance Aays’ ability to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions across consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing. Aays contributes domain expertise, while Aidetic brings engineering capabilities in computer vision, NLP, and edge AI. The combined strengths are positioned to improve agility and execution speed for clients, with the expanded Bengaluru presence serving as a hub to deliver solutions at scale.
