IT services company Hexaware Technologies has become an authorised reseller of Anthropic's Claude artificial intelligence models on Amazon Bedrock, allowing it to sell, integrate, and support the large language models for enterprise customers globally.
Amazon Bedrock is a fully managed AWS service that lets developers build AI-powered applications with access to top-tier foundational models.
The move expands Hexaware's AI portfolio as IT services providers increasingly deepen partnerships with leading AI model developers to offer enterprise generative AI solutions.
Hexaware said the partnership will enable customers to access Claude models through a single commercial framework covering procurement, deployment, support, and managed services.
The offering includes customised deployments using retrieval augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering and domain-specific tuning, alongside governance features to enable secure adoption in regulated industries.
The company plans to combine the models with its consulting, systems integration, and industry-specific solutions for clients across sectors, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, and retail.
“This authorisation reflects the foundational AI capability that we’ve built and the trust our clients have placed in us. Claude’s safety-first design is what highly regulated industries need—and Hexaware has the domain knowledge, engineering excellence, and delivery scale to take it from a model to a working solution,” Siddharth Dhar, President and Global Head – Digital IT Operations and AI, Hexaware, said in a statement.
The company intends to deploy Claude-powered applications for use cases such as intelligent document processing, compliance automation, customer service, clinical data summarisation, supply chain intelligence, and AI-assisted software engineering. It is also expanding AI-led offerings across software development, cybersecurity, and private equity transformation, supported by a dedicated AI centre of excellence.
