Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a Bengaluru-based tech, AI and business services provider, has unveiled its “Intelligent Experience” positioning, introducing a 90-day ROIX (Return on Intelligent Experiences) commitment aimed at delivering measurable outcomes from AI-led transformation.
The company said the move is designed to help enterprises transition from pilot-stage AI initiatives to scaled deployments with defined returns. The announcement includes a guarantee-backed approach, with engagements anchored by a 90-day proof-of-value framework featuring shared accountability, defined metrics, and demonstrated ROI.
HGS stated that its Intelligent Experience positioning focuses on embedding intelligence directly into enterprise workflows, combining applied AI, data, automation, and human judgement to deliver measurable, repeatable outcomes.
“We’re focused on helping clients move beyond pilots and experiments to outcomes that hold up in the real world, with speed, discipline, and confidence,” Venkatesh Korla, Global CEO of HGS, said in a statement.
The company said its approach, termed “Realized AI,” treats intelligence as an operational capability rather than a theoretical exercise. It added that every engagement includes a commitment to deliver proof of value within 90 days before scaling further.
“HGS isn't selling AI potential; they listened to our needs and showed us results. That's what changed how we think about this partnership,” Tori Faulkenberry, SVP at Astound Broadband, added.
HGS also announced a refreshed brand identity featuring a fingerprint motif, which the company said symbolises individuality, trust, and human-centric design.
“Everyone in the AI, technology services and BPO markets is promising transformation, almost no one is guaranteeing it today. This rebrand exists to end that ambiguity for HGS," Andrew Kokes, Chief Marketing Officer, HGS, noted.
