HyperNorm AI, a startup building artificial intelligence-powered tools for wealth advisors, has raised $2.2 million in a seed funding round co-led by Capital 2B and SenseAI Ventures.
The round also saw participation from Boundless Ventures, iOPEX Technologies, and angel investors, including Dr Amit Sheth and Bhavin Manek.
The Bengaluru-based company will use the fresh funding to accelerate product development, expand its presence in the United States and other international markets, and strengthen its engineering and AI research teams.
Founded in 2024 by Keyur Faldu and Peeyush Jain, HyperNorm AI’s decision intelligence platform helps wealth advisors manage complex investment portfolios, including equities, fixed income, structured products, alternatives, and foreign exchange. The platform is designed to identify which portfolios need attention, explain why action may be required, and suggest recommendations based on a client’s investment goals.
HyperNorm AI uses causal reasoning and explainable AI to analyse market events, assess their impact on portfolios and generate recommendations that align with a client’s investment mandate.
“Modern wealth management does not suffer from a lack of information. It suffers from a lack of clarity on what matters now and what action should be taken,” said Keyur Faldu, Co-founder and CEO of HyperNorm AI, in a statement.
According to the company, its platform is already being used by paying clients across the US, Singapore, and India.
Amit Behl, Partner at Capital 2B, said HyperNorm AI is building an AI-native platform that can transform complex portfolio data into clear and explainable investment decisions.
“The platform helps advisors understand complex financial instruments and navigate increasingly sophisticated markets”, added Rahul Agarwalla, Managing Partner, SenseAI Ventures.
HyperNorm AI aims to create a new category at the intersection of artificial intelligence and wealth management by helping advisors make faster, more informed and transparent investment decisions.
