isolved, a US-based human capital management (HCM) solutions provider, has expanded its India presence with a new GCC in Hyderabad. Advisory firm Zinnov played an enabling role in setting up the GCC.
The new facility, located at 23 Nordwest, spans 28,000 sq ft and will serve as a strategic engineering and innovation centre supporting the company’s unified People Cloud platform.
The expansion is part of isolved’s broader efforts to scale AI-driven capabilities, product engineering, and platform delivery as it builds what it describes as a “platform of action” for the future of HCM.
The company plans to hire around 400 employees in India by the end of 2027 across engineering, AI, product development, and back-office operations, including payroll and tax processing.
Speaking to AIM at the launch, Yogesh More, GM, isolved India, mentioned that the company has now entered a major scaling phase. “As part of this growth strategy, there was a clear need to expand capabilities across technology, implementation, and customer support. That is one of the key reasons why isolved chose India—and specifically Hyderabad—to establish its GCC,” he said.
The company evaluated multiple cities, including Pune and Bengaluru, before finalising Hyderabad. While Bengaluru continues to dominate India’s GCC landscape with its mature ecosystem and deep enterprise networks, factors such as infrastructure scalability, talent availability, and real estate economics played an important role in the decision-making process.
The Hyderabad GCC is expected to evolve into a centre of excellence for engineering and AI innovation, supporting isolved’s push toward more personalised and AI-integrated HCM solutions.
“Hyderabad is emerging as an AI talent hub that will support our technology growth,” said More. “As the HCM industry undergoes rapid transformation, isolved’s GCC in India positions us to accelerate product modernisation and innovation, enabling data-driven decision-making for businesses.”
More indicated that AI innovation emerging from the Hyderabad centre will increasingly focus on personalised workflows, AI-enabled platform capabilities, and next-generation agentic AI experiences integrated into the company’s HCM ecosystem.
More also highlighted Hyderabad’s advantages in attracting GCC investments, including its expanding talent ecosystem, relatively lower operational costs, and infrastructure scalability, compared to more saturated markets such as Bengaluru.
In short, Hyderabad is increasingly attracting not only life sciences and pharmaceutical GCCs, traditionally associated with the city, but also enterprises across HR technology, AI, SaaS, and enterprise software sectors seeking large-scale engineering and product capabilities.
With more than 200,000 employers using its HCM platform and over 9 million employees served across the United States, isolved’s India expansion reflects the broader trend of global enterprises building AI-focused engineering hubs in India to support long-term product innovation and operational scale.
