SquadStack.ai is collaborating with NVIDIA to accelerate the development of Conversational Superintelligence, a next-generation enterprise voice AI system designed to operate with contextual intelligence and judgement
The partnership brings together SquadStack.ai’s production-grade voice AI platform and proprietary interaction intelligence with NVIDIA’s accelerated AI infrastructure stack, the company stated. SquadStack.ai will tap NVIDIA Nemotron models to enable low-latency, high-throughput inference required for real-time enterprise deployments.
The startup noted in its release that enterprises find voice AI fluency alone is insufficient, and they often struggle within real-world enterprise environments.
Apurv Agrawal, Founder and CEO of SquadStack.ai, said the next breakthrough in voice AI lies beyond larger language models.
“Voice is fast becoming the default interface for customer interaction. But fluency alone is no longer enough. The real breakthrough is judgment. Conversational Superintelligence is our answer to this shift, building voice agents that deeply understand context and make the right decisions, turn by turn, inside enterprise systems. NVIDIA’s accelerated inference capabilities help us take this into production at scale,” he said in a statement.
SquadStack.ai, a member of the NVIDIA Inception programme, said it identified context engineering as the next leap in enterprise voice AI to drive accurate decisions in live interactions. Through this collaboration, NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure will support real-time reasoning, retrieval, and execution within strict latency requirements essential for natural conversation flows.
Conversational Superintelligence marks SquadStack.ai’s shift from voice automation to decision-capable systems that are hyperpersonalised and hypercontextual. The platform enables voice agents to dynamically adapt tone, dialect, and persuasion styles based on individual users, while guiding each conversational turn using real-time models for intent detection, sentiment analysis, compliance checks, and next-best-action optimisation.
The company said it is addressing five core production challenges with NVIDIA Nemotron: maintaining real-time intelligence under strict latency thresholds, implementing turn-level context engineering, ensuring production-grade speech accuracy in multilingual and code-switched environments, enabling deterministic execution within enterprise systems, and facilitating continuous improvement without operational regressions.
SquadStack.ai has processed more than 5 million hours of real human voice conversations across sectors, including BFSI, commerce, education, and customer support.
