PwC India announced on 28 May an extension of its strategic partnership with Leah to help enterprises execute large-scale AI-led business transformations using agentic AI systems.
The collaboration combines PwC India’s industry, transformation and technology consulting capabilities with Leah’s Agentic OS platform, which is designed to orchestrate, run and govern AI agents across enterprise environments.
The companies said the partnership aims to help organisations move beyond task-level automation toward operating models powered by hybrid human-AI workforces.
According to the firms, the alliance will focus on enabling enterprises to deploy vertically trained AI agents tailored to specific industries, business functions and operational workflows.
The partnership will also support enterprise-grade governance, explainability, auditability and secure deployment options, including on-premises environments.
Manpreet Singh Ahuja, Partner and Chief Clients and Industries Officer at PwC India, said that as the industry moves from experimentation to scaled deployments, the enterprise AI advantage will come from scaled agentic operations and vertically trained agents, finely tuned to contextual and process nuances.
“Our alliance with Leah helps clients to not only embed Agentic AI in their functional activities but also leverage domain-specific AI with enterprise orchestration, governance, and secure deployment options, including on-premises environments,” he said.
Ajuha further noted that PwC can help clients across finance, HR, and supply chain processes, and, with tailored agents, they are helping organisations drive accelerated value with agentic AI across their operations.
Meanwhile, Leah said its Agentic OS platform is designed to address enterprise challenges around rapid value realisation by enabling orchestration across systems, workflows and data while supporting governance requirements such as traceability, auditability and human oversight.
Sarvarth Misra, CEO and Co-founder of Leah, said, “The enterprise AI advantage won't come from bolting AI onto existing solutions — it will come from AI-native platforms that combine with agentic architecture.”
The alliance will also focus on integrating agentic workflows into existing ERP, procurement, finance, and enterprise platforms rather than building standalone systems.
The announcement comes as enterprises increasingly look to operationalise AI beyond pilots and experimentation, with a growing focus on governance, orchestration, and the scalable deployment of AI agents across core business functions.
