SimplAI has raised $2.5 million in seed funding to expand its enterprise focused agentic AI platform. The company has also appointed former UiPath President Manish Bharti as Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, the company said.

The round, closed in 2025 and disclosed this week, was led by JBV Capital with participation from Hovancik Fund, 1947 Rise, PointOne Capital, and several angel investors from the enterprise software ecosystem.

The capital will be used to accelerate go to market efforts across the United States, Europe and the Middle East, while strengthening its multi-agent orchestration stack and industry specific solutions.

SimplAI, which positions itself as an operating system for enterprise agentic AI, says its platform allows companies to build, deploy, govern, and scale AI agents that automate complex workflows with built in controls for security, compliance, and observability.

The company is targeting regulated industries such as banking, financial services, insurance, and government, where production reliability and auditability often slow AI rollouts.

“Enterprise AI has hit an infrastructure ceiling,” Sandeep Dinodiya, Founder and CEO of SimplAI said. “While models and agents have advanced rapidly, enterprises still lack the operating system required to run AI reliably in production. SimplAI is that missing system layer.”

SimplAI’s cloud agnostic architecture is designed to shorten the transition from pilots to production grade models. The company said customers can deploy across on-prem, private cloud, VPC, and sovereign setups within days and then expand usage across multiple workflows while keeping operational control.

Bharti’s appointment signals a push toward global enterprise sales. At UiPath, he helped scale the robotic process automation company through its early growth and international expansion, eventually contributing to its public listing. He has also held senior roles at Automation Anywhere and served as Chief Revenue Officer at CoreStack.

“Manish has taken enterprise platforms from early scale to IPO level operations, and that experience strengthens our ability to drive real enterprise adoption globally,” Dinodiya said. “He understands what it takes to align customer trust, partner ecosystems, and execution at scale.”

Headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Dubai and Gurugram, SimplAI describes its product as a control plane that sits above foundation models and agents, handling orchestration, governance, and deployment across environments.
