Conversational AI platform ORAI raises INR 6.5 crore

ORAI was founded in 2020 by Sujit Das Biswas and Swapnil Jain.

ORAI, a Conversational AI platform has raised Rs 6.5 crore in a pre-series A round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The fresh capital will be used to boost R&D, capture larger markets, expand sales & marketing, and for product development.

ORAI offers fully automated AI solutions to handle customer support, customer engagement, customer outreach, marketing, sales support, and aftersales. The platform has also introduced WhatsApp commerce to automate business communications over WhatsApp using AI.

ORAI’s AI conversational platform caters to 14 sectors including healthcare, real estate, education, and automobile and currently has over 100 customers including Sayaji Hotel, Group Landmark, GMR Delhi, Kataria Group, and Emcure. ORAI was founded in 2020 by Sujit Das Biswas and Swapnil Jain.

The platform enables clients to improve revenues & ROI using Humanised virtual assistant for Realtime 3-way communication, and automated lead qualification. ORAI charges a one time integration fee and a monthly subscription fee based on usage scale.

ORAI’s platform is integrated with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP). The customer, retailer, distributor can avail any information on WhatsApp including payment details, quotations, outstanding summary, order status etc. The solution has reduced 30% of the load for call centre teams.
