Global analytics firm EXL set a new benchmark in Metaverse on Friday. The move sets the tone for future board meetings, with one conducted with members on the EXL Meta campus last week.

EXL was named the leader in the 2022 Information Services Group (ISG) Provider Lens Power and Utilities Services and Solutions report. Moreover, it was named across the Intelligent Business Process Management Services (iBPMS) and Customer Information Systems (CIS) categories.
Established in 1999, New-York based EXL provides business process outsourcing services to global corporations, providing services in areas related to finance and accounting, legal processes, transactions, and customer services. The company specializes in analytics, digital and operations management to deliver solutions to customers.
Meta recently partnered with tech giant Microsoft to bring a range of products to Meta’s virtual reality (VR) platform, to entice companies into working in virtual environments. The tech behemoth also unveiled its latest virtual-reality headset –Meta Quest Pro – at Meta Connect 2022. The high-end VR device was designed to entice creators and working professionals to adopt the company’s vision for an immersive digital future.
