Arvind Swamy

Arvind Swamy, known for starring in iconic films such as Roja, Bombay, Thalapathi, Thani Oruvan, and Meiyazhagan, has emerged as a prominent voice on enterprise AI.

The actor, who is also the Founder and Chairman of technology and HR services company Talent Maximus, has demonstrated how AI-assisted development can compress software prototyping timelines from months to hours while enabling multidisciplinary teams—including non-programmers—to contribute meaningfully to product development.

He has consistently advocated that organisations rethink talent, experimentation, and decision-making rather than viewing AI purely as a productivity tool. At forums, including UmagineTN 2026, he has emphasised that adaptability, continuous learning, and the ability to work alongside AI will define tomorrow's leaders.

Swamy is one of the rare Indian public figures who has successfully bridged entertainment, entrepreneurship, and enterprise technology.
