Kishore Lulla has been advancing India's sovereign AI ambitions by bringing together artificial intelligence, language, and cultural intelligence. 

Over the past year, Eros Innovation launched the Eros Large Cultural Model in partnership with MeitY at the India AI Impact Summit and deployed the Eros Large Cultural Voice Model across 34 languages, demonstrating how Indian-owned cultural datasets can power globally competitive AI platforms.

He has focused on developing AI systems rooted in India's linguistic diversity and cultural heritage, enabling enterprises and developers to build AI applications that better understand local context while retaining ownership of critical data and intellectual property within the country.

Lulla believes the next phase of AI will move beyond building intelligence to building sovereign cultural AI. He sees India's greatest opportunity in combining trusted datasets, local languages, cultural context, and large-scale deployment to create AI systems designed for billions of users.
