Gautam Goenka

Gautam Goenka has strengthened UiPath's India engineering centre as a key global hub for AI and automation innovation. Over the past year, he has led engineering teams that now contribute nearly a quarter of the company's global product and engineering development, reinforcing India's growing role in enterprise AI research and development.

Under his leadership, UiPath has worked with organisations including AGS Health and Omega Healthcare to help enterprises move beyond AI experimentation by integrating AI, automation, and human workflows into secure, governed, and scalable business processes.

Goenka believes the defining shift in enterprise AI is ensuring that AI can be governed, orchestrated, and deployed at production scale. In his view, organisations that master enterprise-grade AI execution will gain the strongest competitive advantage.
