Former MD at Synechron

Hareesha Pattaje, former Managing Director of Synechron, spent much of the past year steering the technology consulting company's India operations during a period of accelerating enterprise AI adoption and digital engineering demand.

A long-time leader at Synechron, he played a key role in establishing India as one of the company's strategic delivery and innovation hubs for global banking and financial services clients.

Over the last several months, Pattaje championed investments in AI, data, and cloud capabilities and has been deeply involved with the expansion and development of Synechron's Financial Innovation Labs (FinLabs). These hubs focus on prototyping next-generation digital solutions, with a strong emphasis on generative AI, automation, and enterprise modernisation.

Under his leadership, Synechron continued to strengthen its engineering talent base and scale capabilities in digital transformation, platform engineering, and financial services technology.

Currently, Pattaje works as an independent consultant.
