Karthik Rajaram has been driving the adoption of enterprise-grade voice AI across India by helping organisations deploy multilingual AI systems at production scale. Over the past year, he has led ElevenLabs’ expansion in India, enabling enterprises across commerce, mobility, financial services, healthcare, and media to integrate voice AI into customer-facing workflows.

Under his leadership, ElevenLabs has delivered production deployments for organisations including Meesho, Cars24, Razorpay, TVS Motor, Mahindra, and IDFC First Bank, demonstrating that voice AI can operate reliably across India’s multilingual environment while meeting enterprise requirements for low latency, governance, data residency, and business performance.

Rajaram believes India’s AI landscape is shifting from model-led experimentation to workflow-led execution.
