Mohit Joshi assumed the role of CEO and Managing Director of Tech Mahindra in 2023 after more than two decades in the global technology and consulting industry, bringing extensive experience in enterprise transformation, financial services, and digital innovation. 

Under his leadership, Tech Mahindra has focused on accelerating growth through artificial intelligence, cloud, engineering services, and business transformation while driving a broader turnaround strategy across the organisation. The company has strengthened its deal pipeline, expanded its presence in key sectors including banking and manufacturing, and positioned AI as a core pillar of its growth agenda. 

A prominent voice on the future of AI, Joshi advocates a pragmatic approach to adoption, emphasising measurable business outcomes over hype. He views AI as a transformative force for enterprises and has championed its responsible integration into technology services, helping shape conversations around the future of work, productivity, and digital transformation in India and globally.
