Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu has made AI and digital infrastructure central to the state’s economic strategy. His government secured a $15 billion Google AI data centre and cloud hub in Visakhapatnam, one of India’s largest AI infrastructure investments, while outlining plans to build a multi-gigawatt digital ecosystem around it. 

CM Naidu has also advanced the Quantum Valley initiative in Amaravati, bringing together industry and academic partners to establish India as a hub for quantum computing and AI research. 

Beyond infrastructure, he has pushed AI adoption across public services through initiatives such as AI Doctor, AI Tutor, and AI Agronomist, integrating AI into healthcare, education, agriculture, and governance to improve service delivery. He has championed AI talent development by partnering with institutions including IIT Madras to introduce AI and quantum technology programmes, with a roadmap to train thousands of students in emerging technologies.
