Nachiket Deshpande

Nachiket Deshpande is leading Impetus Technologies' next phase of growth by helping enterprises harness data, AI, and cloud engineering to drive business transformation at scale. After taking over as CEO in November 2025, he has focused on enabling organisations to move beyond isolated AI initiatives by integrating AI, data, and engineering into outcome-driven enterprise transformation programmes.

With nearly three decades of experience across global technology services, Deshpande has built expertise in AI-led modernisation, operating model transformation, and large-scale business growth. Before joining Impetus, he played a key role in building AI services at LTI Mindtree and was instrumental in the integration of LTI and Mindtree, one of the technology industry's largest mergers. Earlier, he spent nearly two decades at Cognizant, helping scale its data, cloud, AI, and financial services businesses globally.

Deshpande believes AI's long-term value lies in connecting business strategy with execution, enabling enterprises to build resilient, scalable, and adaptive organisations for the future.
