Punam Goswami

Punam Goswami is a Principal Engineer at Intuit and is closely associated with the company’s agentic AI and enterprise automation initiatives. She works on Intuit Enterprise Suite, the company’s AI-native ERP platform designed for mid-market businesses across industries such as construction, professional services, and finance.

The platform combines financial operations, project management, payments, and accounting into a unified system powered by AI-driven workflows. One of its core capabilities is multi-entity management, enabling businesses to manage consolidated reporting, intercompany transactions, and operational workflows from a single platform. Under Goswami’s leadership and engineering contributions, the system incorporates domain-specific AI agents across finance, accounting, payments, and project management.

These AI agents automate tasks such as transaction categorisation, reconciliation, anomaly detection, dynamic cost allocation, journal entries, and KPI tracking. The platform is supported by a large-scale intelligence layer built on more than 625,000 business attributes and generates nearly 60 billion machine learning predictions daily. For more complex decisions, workflows can also be escalated to Intuit’s network of AI-assisted human experts.

A major focus area for Intuit Enterprise Suite has been the Construction Edition, which introduces industry-specific AI workflows for project tracking, invoicing, subcontractor cost allocation, and multi-entity financial consolidation. The platform has seen strong adoption among mid-market businesses, with Intuit reporting rapid growth in enterprise contracts and large-scale automation across accounting operations.

Goswami’s work places her among the growing group of engineers building production-scale agentic AI systems focused on automating enterprise decision-making and operational workflows.
