NVIDIA invented the GPU in 1999 and, from its roots as a PC graphics company, has gone on to become the world leader in AI computing. Vishal is chartered to develop and maintain relations with government, industry bodies, and partners.
With over three decades of leadership and customer engagement experience in the technology industry, Vishal’s passion for customer success is the foundation of the culture of his organisation. He has managed and led companies to a leadership position across diverse businesses – Servers, Graphics, Engineering Design, Security, Networking, and Data Storage. In addition, Vishal Dhupar has played a pivotal role in fostering key partnerships with the ecosystem to grow the adoption of Accelerated Computing in India.
Vishal has been the recipient of several performance awards throughout his working career. In 2016, Vishal was honoured as Technology Evangelist of the Year and in 2014, CEO of the Year by VAR India. In 2007, he was recognised as the ‘IT-People Young Achiever’ for his excellence and contribution to the Information Technology industry in India.
An expert in the area of Change Management, Vishal played an active role in understanding and applying the change in accordance with the business requirements during the Symantec-Veritas merger, specific to India. Vishal has to his credit the success of DCM, Digital Equipment, SGI, Autodesk, Sun Microsystems, Symantec, and now NVIDIA in India. Vishal has driven strategic business growth in the marketplace for the organisations and has successfully steered teams towards the achievement of targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
