Unlike its larger peers in the Indian IT sector, LTIMindtree reported positive Q4 FY25 results with modest growth.

With a 2.6% YoY increase in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY25, reaching ₹1,128.5 crore, up from ₹1,100.7 crore last fiscal.

Sequentially, profit rose 3.9% from ₹1,086.7 crore in Q3. The company posted a revenue of ₹9,771.7 crore, reflecting a 1.1% sequential growth and a 9.9% rise year-on-year. However, in dollar terms, revenue declined by 0.7 % to $1.13 billion.

“The robust order inflow, driven by a significant array of AI-led deal wins, illustrates the pervasive integration of AI across our service offerings,” said Debashis Chatterjee, CEO and MD of LTIMindtree.

For the full financial year FY25, LTIMindtree posted a 7% increase in consolidated revenue at ₹38,008 crore, while net profit rose a modest 0.4% year-on-year to ₹4,602 crore. The company recorded 5% constant currency revenue growth and an EBIT margin of 14.5% for the year.

As of March 31, 2025, the company had 741 active clients, a slight decrease from 742 in the previous quarter.

On a year-on-year basis, it gained one new client each in the $5 million+ and $50 million+ revenue categories, bringing the total in these brackets to 154 and 14, respectively.

The company’s headcount stood at 84,307 at the end of the quarter. The attrition rate stood at 14.4% for the fiscal.

LTIMindtree went through two major C-suite changes in early 2025. It appointed its chief operating officer, Nachiket Deshpande, as the president of its AI services in March, following the appointment of Venu Lambu as CEO designate in January.

Earlier this year, LTIMindtree announced a strategic partnership with Google to drive business transformation through Agentic AI, leveraging Google Cloud technologies to accelerate GenAI adoption and reshape the cloud landscape for clients globally.

Meanwhile, in the Salesforce ecosystem, LTIMindtree has earned accreditation in the Tableau Alliance, enabling close collaboration and early access to beta features in the updated Tableau Next product suite integrated with Salesforce Data Cloud.

Additionally, LTIMindtree was named Global Innovation Partner of the Year by Informatica, underscoring its strength in driving Data and AI transformation.
