Tech Mahindra, ServiceNow Launch Next-Gen Broadband Solutions for CSPs

The new platform promises up to 50% operational efficiency for telecom providers, enabling faster and scalable broadband rollouts.

Tech Mahindra has announced a strategic partnership with ServiceNow to deliver next-generation broadband solutions tailored for Communication Service Providers (CSPs). The collaboration is set to boost network operations and customer experience through a unified, AI-driven platform.

The solution uses Tech Mahindra’s netOps.now platform, built on ServiceNow’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) product suite. It offers an end-to-end stack integrating network planning, operations, order management, customer care, and partner ecosystems. Designed to address the pressing need for modernisation in the telecom industry, the platform aims to boost operational efficiency by up to 50% and support rapid broadband expansion across markets.

“With an industry-leading zero-touch broadband operations platform, we will enable customers to seamlessly address connectivity challenges across rural, suburban, and urban markets,” Tech Mahindra’s chief operating officer, Atul Soneja, said.

The solution also incorporates intelligent automation, Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) and cloud-native OSS systems, helping CSPs embrace the ‘Everything-as-a-Service’ trend. In a successful deployment for a leading FibreCo in Germany, the solution reduced fibre rollout time by 20%. It consolidated 22 legacy systems into a single platform, streamlining fulfillment and reducing order fallouts significantly.

“Tech Mahindra’s solutions with ServiceNow will help our customers provide the seamless experiences that their customers expect today,” Erica Volini, executive VP worldwide industries, ServiceNow, said.

Earlier this year, Tech Mahindra integrated its proprietary AI model, IndusQ LLM, with Qualcomm AI Hub, to enhance on-device AI capabilities, enabling enterprises to leverage real-time insights, automation and edge computing across industries.
