Coforge has launched CXNova, an agentic AI platform designed to help enterprises manage customer interactions across digital and physical channels.
The company said it can use customer data, business information and real-time signals to adapt interactions as they happen, similar to the shift towards more personalised AI-powered customer service.
CXNova uses enterprise knowledge graphs and domain-specific ontologies to link information about customers, products, content and operations. Coforge said this provides the context its agents need to respond to customer interactions.
The system uses different agents for tasks such as generating and adapting content, interpreting customer signals and determining the next action, and assembling experiences across digital and physical channels.
The company added that it also has industry-specific agents with sector-specific knowledge and decision models. An experience operations (XOps) layer coordinates the agents with enterprise systems and human staff. This orchestration approach is also emerging in enterprise agentic AI platforms, including Zoom’s workflow orchestration system.
“At Coforge, we believe the next phase of digital transformation is not about adding more AI features. It’s about orchestrating experiences that can act in the moment,” Kapil Tyagi, Senior Vice President and Head of Experience at Coforge, said.
Coforge said CXNova is ready for deployment across travel, airlines, banking and financial services, insurance and healthcare. It also integrates with existing enterprise systems.
The announcement did not include details on customer deployments, revenue from CXNova or quantified performance results.
