Megha Sinha, former Vice President for AI Platforms and Enterprise AI Solutions at Genpact, has launched Human-First Equation for AI Adoption, a new book co-authored with Sreekanth Menon. Senior VP, Global AI Practice & Innovation, who is also a member of the AIM Leaders Council.
In a LinkedIn post, Sinha said enterprises often struggle with AI adoption, not because the technology fails, but because organisations fail to redesign workflows and build trust around AI systems.
“AI systems do not fail. The models work. The dashboards load. The governance reviews are complete. And still, adoption quietly collapses,” she wrote.
The book explores how enterprises can improve AI adoption through trust, empathy, workflow redesign, and change management. According to the authors, behavioural resistance and unclear accountability remain major barriers even when AI systems are technically successful.
Menon, in a separate LinkedIn post, described the book as the culmination of years of industry experience and collaboration.
“This book represents years of experience, months of thinking and discussion, and weeks of collaboration to actually put together everything on paper,” he wrote, adding that he was eager to see the conversations the book would spark among readers.
The launch comes amid growing enterprise investments in generative and agentic AI, as organisations increasingly focus on improving adoption and business outcomes beyond pilot deployments.
Sinha also noted that the book release follows her exit from Genpact in April after six years with the company.
