HCLTech has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud and ServiceNow to help enterprises deploy and scale artificial intelligence (AI) agents using the Gemini Enterprise platform.
The announcement was made ahead of the Google Cloud Summit Sydney 2026. The collaboration builds on HCLTech’s recently launched Gemini Enterprise business unit and combines Google Cloud’s Gemini AI capabilities, ServiceNow’s workflow platform and HCLTech’s implementation expertise to support enterprise adoption of agentic AI.
As part of the partnership, HCLTech will introduce AI-powered solutions designed to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. These solutions will be based on ServiceNow’s Blueprint for Agentic Business, a framework that helps organisations adopt AI in a structured, outcome-focused manner.
One of the key offerings is a next-generation Factory Shop Floor Assistant that provides real-time operational insights in manufacturing environments, helping businesses improve decision-making and productivity.
The initial solutions will focus on two areas, which are field services and customer experience. In field services, Gemini Live will be integrated with ServiceNow Field Service Management to provide technicians with real-time audio and visual intelligence, enabling faster issue resolution. For customer experience, the solution aims to ensure customer intent is maintained across different communication channels.
The companies are also introducing tools to improve governance and monitoring of AI systems. HCLTech will use ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower to enhance visibility over AI agents operating within Gemini Enterprise. Moreover, an ITOps ServiceNow Agent, available through the Google Cloud Marketplace, will support incident management and remediation in enterprise IT environments.
Satish Thomas, Vice President of Applied AI and Platform Ecosystem at Google Cloud, said, “The partnership would help organisations safely scale AI across their operations.”
“The collaboration would help businesses build a foundation for an ‘agentic enterprise’ by connecting AI agents across workflows, systems and teams,” noted Michael Park, Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow.
HCLTech executives said the partnership is designed to help enterprises move beyond AI pilot projects and deploy AI solutions at scale while maintaining governance, security and operational oversight.
