Kyndryl, Gloplax Partner to Build & Scale GCCs for Enterprises

Kyndryl and Gloplax Solutions, a specialist GCC advisory and enablement firm, have announced a collaboration to help global enterprises design, build, operate and transform global Capability Centres (GCCs).

The partnership combines Kyndryl’s global reach, technology expertise and transformation capabilities with Gloplax’s practitioner-led advisory and operational strengths to deliver an integrated, full-lifecycle GCC solution.

Aveek Mukherjee, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Gloplax, said GCC-first models are becoming a strategic imperative, with enterprises requiring specialised partners across the lifecycle to deliver customised solutions. He added that the collaboration aims to make GCC enablement and transformation simpler and more accessible.

Prashobh Chandralayam, Vice President and Global GCC Leader at Kyndryl, said clients are seeking partners to scale GCCs with speed, technology-driven efficiency and strong governance. He added that the partnership will help build future-ready GCCs delivering sustained business value.

The companies will jointly support enterprises across the GCC lifecycle, including strategy, setup, modernisation, compliance, and operations. The collaboration will also offer advisory services for organisations evaluating GCC models, conducting assessments, and optimising existing centres.

The combined offering is designed to help enterprises adopt a GCC-first operating model that improves performance, reduces complexity and enhances cost efficiency. It will also support governance, risk management and long-term scalability, leveraging Gloplax’s proprietary frameworks such as GLOverse, alongside Kyndryl’s capabilities in technology services, AI-led modernisation, and global delivery.
