LatentView Analytics has appointed Sonal Ramrakhiani as its Chief Executive Officer, effective July 15, as the AI and analytics company looks to expand its presence in North America and Europe.
Ramrakhiani succeeds Rajan Sethuraman, who has led the company since 2019. He will serve as strategic advisor to the CEO for up to six months to support the leadership transition.
Based in the US, Ramrakhiani most recently led Wipro Engineering Edge in the Americas. Before that, she held several leadership roles within the Tata Group, including Chief Operating Officer and President of Sales (Automotive) at Tata Technologies. She is a Tata Administrative Services (TAS) alumna.
LatentView said Ramrakhiani will lead its global growth strategy with a focus on expanding in the Americas and Europe while advancing the company's AI-first strategy.
“The Board is happy to welcome Sonal Ramrakhiani as our new CEO. Sonal’s global expertise, deep customer focus, and proven track record of scaling high-performing businesses make her uniquely qualified to drive LatentView’s next chapter of growth in AI and analytics,” said Venkat Viswanathan, Founder and Chairperson of LatentView.
Viswanathan also acknowledged Sethuraman's contribution to the company. “We also extend our profound thanks to Rajan Sethuraman for his exceptional stewardship, notably guiding us through our successful IPO and the acquisition of Decision Point. He leaves behind a remarkable legacy and a rock-solid foundation for the future,” he said.
Speaking on her appointment, Ramrakhiani said she plans to build on the company's existing business while expanding its global presence.
“I am honoured to join LatentView at such an exciting juncture. Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering meaningful business outcomes through data, analytics and AI,” she said.
“I look forward to building on this foundation, accelerating our growth across global markets, strengthening our innovation capabilities, and creating long-term value for our clients, employees and shareholders.”
Sethuraman, who has been with the company for more than a decade, said he would support the transition over the coming months.
“It has been a real privilege to lead LatentView over the last seven years as the CEO. I am delighted to welcome Sonal, whose experience and vision make her well-suited to lead LatentView through its next phase of growth,” he said.
Ramrakhiani currently serves on the board of Titan North America. According to the company, her experience spans enterprise technology strategy, market expansion, data and AI, and building client relationships across industries. LatentView expects her US market experience to support its growth in North America and other international markets.
