Mphasis has joined the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), a partner ecosystem comprising software vendors and security service providers that integrate with Microsoft’s security technologies, as the IT services company looks to strengthen its cybersecurity offerings amid rising enterprise demand for AI-powered security solutions.

The Bengaluru-headquartered company said the membership expands its collaboration with Microsoft across managed security services, Cyber Fusion Center services, and consulting and advisory offerings built on Microsoft’s security portfolio, including Microsoft Sentinel, Entra, Intune, Purview, Defender and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

According to Mphasis, its managed security services, available through Microsoft’s marketplace, combine Microsoft’s security stack with the company’s AI-based accelerators to help enterprises detect, investigate and respond to cyber threats across endpoints, identities, cloud applications, infrastructure and data.

Srikumar Ramanathan, Chief Solutions Officer at Mphasis, said the association reflects the company’s alignment with Microsoft’s security platforms and its focus on AI-driven, automation-first cybersecurity services.

“We are committed to delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions and services that protect enterprises and transform how they manage and mitigate modern-day cyber risks and enable our clients to confidently achieve their core business objectives,” Ramanathan said in a statement.

MISA, established by Microsoft in 2018, brings together security technology vendors and service partners to build integrated cybersecurity solutions that help organisations improve threat detection and response.

Microsoft said members collaborate to strengthen security capabilities for customers facing an increasingly complex threat landscape.

“The Microsoft Intelligent Security Association has grown into a vibrant ecosystem comprised of the most reliable and trusted security vendors across the globe. Our members, like Mphasis, share Microsoft’s commitment to collaboration within the cybersecurity community to improve our customers’ ability to predict, detect, and respond to security threats faster,” said Maria Thomson, Director, Microsoft Intelligent Security Association.
