NIIT Limited, a skills and talent development company, has unveiled its Enterprise Tech business, combining the capabilities of technology training companies StackRoute and RPS Consulting into a single technology-focused offering.
The move aims to address changing enterprise talent needs by helping organisations build future-ready technology talent and manage large-scale workforce transformation. The announcement was made at the World Digital Architect Conclave 2026.
Also, NIIT has named Vishnupriya Raghavan to head the Enterprise Tech business, with responsibility for helping enterprises build digital fluency, strengthen workforce capabilities, and support digital transformation efforts.
The Enterprise Tech platform covers role readiness, technology skilling, leadership development, OEM-led capability programmes and enterprise-scale capability transformation. It is designed to help organisations and their partner networks build technology capabilities across roles, teams and business ecosystems.
Its focus areas include AI-first engineering, AI-led site reliability engineering, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, data engineering, enterprise architecture, engineering intelligence, and technology leadership.
Delivered through structured learning pathways and hands-on, real-world practice, the offering is intended to help enterprises build automation-ready, AI-native teams.
The integration combines RPS Consulting's OEM partnerships with StackRoute's engineering expertise, forming a broader Enterprise Tech offering to build workforce capabilities at scale.
