Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has expanded its strategic partnership with Zscaler to launch the TCS Workspace Experience Studio, engineered with Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), an AI-powered solution that aims to redefine enterprise digital workspaces.
The solution integrates Zero Trust security strategy, observability, and AI-powered experience analytics to deliver what the companies described as a seamless, resilient and proactive digital environment for enterprise workforces.
TCS said the new offering is designed to tap into the rapidly expanding digital workspace market, projected to exceed $160 billion by 2030, with an addressable opportunity of over $8 billion in the next five years. The platform combines TCS’ workspace transformation capabilities with ZDX, using Zscaler OneAPI for integration and automation of Zscaler services.
In a statement, the company said the addition of ZDX brings advanced Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), workplace observability and enhanced cybersecurity capabilities.
The enhanced studio expands TCS’ Human-Centric AI portfolio, enabling what it described as “smarter, future-ready workspaces”. ZDX observability parameters provide data-rich insights to IT and security teams to support proactive operations and resilient digital workplace security.
TCS said it has successfully deployed the solution for a leading Scottish multinational engineering company, where it is projected to deliver a 25-30% boost in user productivity and enhance digital experience. The platform includes auto-healing and auto-remediation capabilities that detect and fix issues across systems, applications and infrastructure, reducing downtime and limiting manual intervention. A User Persona feature leverages ZDX data to provide personalised insights and recommendations to reduce downtime and ease user friction.
“This collaboration between TCS and Zscaler represents a partnership dedicated to transforming the future of enterprise digital workspaces,” said Anthony Torsiello, SVP, Global Partner Ecosystems, Zscaler.
Murali Menon, Global Head of ITIS Offerings and Engineering, Cloud Unit, TCS, said, “CIOs are prioritising the AI infusion to transform workspace experiences, fostering greater collaboration and accelerating innovation. Our strategic partnership with Zscaler is indicative of the ongoing customer shift from traditional service-level agreements to experience-level agreements.”
“Leveraging our strengths, TCS and Zscaler deliver enhanced user experiences and optimised application performance across diverse environments that combine TCS Workspace Experience Studio and Zscaler Digital Experience,” he added.
