Tech Mahindra, one of the leading providers of information technology and networking technology solutions, recently announced the opening of Industrial Internet of Things Centre of Excellence at Tech Mahindra’s campus in Bangalore.
Designed to showcase the technologies that companies can utilize for their digital transformations, this facility will boast everything from product design through IoT connectivity to augmented reality.
It plans to offer PTC technology portfolio, including the ThingWorx® Industrial IoT platform. With this centre, Tech Mahindra along with PTC would advise customers on how ThingWorx and other PTC technology can enable them to generate business value.
The CoE which is jointly conceived and developed by Tech Mahindra and PTC, has plans to use ThingWorx to develop vertical-specific solutions to address mutual customers’ needs and challenges, as the facility evolves.

While located in India, the facility is expected to draw a global customer base”, the company stated.
