With more than three decades at Wipro, Srini Pallia was appointed as CEO in 2024, and he has since built a reputation for leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, fostering client-centric innovation, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. 

Under his leadership, Wipro secured one of its largest-ever contracts—a deal worth over $1 billion with Olam Group—while expanding its AI capabilities, investing heavily in workforce upskilling, and helping clients move from AI pilots to production-scale deployments. 

Pallia has also emphasised focusing on measurable AI outcomes over experimentation, maintained a strong deal pipeline despite a challenging IT spending environment, and reinforced Wipro's strategy of combining AI, cloud, and consulting services to deliver long-term business transformation for global enterprises.

He also launched Wipro Intelligence, a unified AI portfolio that brings together the company's AI platforms, industry solutions, consulting services, and engineering capabilities under one brand to help enterprises move from AI pilots to production-scale deployments.
