Salesforce’s EinsteinGPT is an AI CRM technology that leverages AI to create dynamic content across domains such as sales, service, marketing, commerce, and IT. EinsteinGPT combines Salesforce’s proprietary AI models with generative AI technology from an ecosystem of partners and real-time data from the Salesforce Data Cloud. Customers can connect their data to OpenAI’s models that are available within Salesforce CRM, and also use their own external models and generate content within the CRM.
