Fiserv Global Services (FGS) serves as the company’s engineering and architecture hub in India, supporting product engineering, AI, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, risk management, and data analytics across five locations. 

The GCC operates a hybrid AI model that combines a central AI centre of excellence with product-aligned AI teams working across payments, fraud prevention, risk, and digital channels. 

India-based leaders like former President Sachin Kulkarni, hold global responsibilities in AI governance, model risk management, and data analytics, giving the centre a direct role in shaping enterprise AI strategy.

Innovation at the centre happens through the Business Innovation Group (BIG), an internal incubator focused on developing and scaling AI-powered solutions. Products engineered in India include Smart Authorisation Optimisation, Real-time SMB Fraud Scoring, HawkAI, CyberShield, Clover Capital, and CardExpert, as well as internal platforms such as Forge.AI and SAGE AI. 

The company also operates a dedicated technology sandbox, Technology Lab as a Platform (TLaP), to accelerate experimentation and proof-of-concept development.
