MiQ’s Bengaluru centre of excellence serves as the company’s only global CoE, driving technology, product development, AI, and analytics for its operations across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latin America. 

With a team of just over 400 specialists, led by Ramya Parashar as Chief Operating Officer, the centre plays a strategic role in building MiQ Sigma, the company’s AI-powered advertising platform, which processes more than 600 data feeds and 2.5 petabytes of data to support over 40,000 campaigns for 2,300 advertisers worldwide. 

The platform enables faster product deployment, accelerates global expansion, and powers AI-driven audience intelligence and campaign optimisation.

Teams here develop AI solutions across engineering, analytics, product, and commercial functions, while employee-led innovation programmes have generated more than 20 AI prototypes, several of which are being evaluated for product implementation. 

The company also promotes enterprise-wide AI adoption through initiatives such as AI Catalyst and AIClub, encouraging employees to integrate generative AI into everyday work.
