Manoj Paul

Manoj Paul is the Managing Director of Equinix India, responsible for the company’s business strategy, market expansion, and ecosystem development in the country. He joined Equinix in 2021 following its acquisition of GPX India, where he served as Managing Director. With more than 25 years of experience in telecom and digital infrastructure, he has held leadership positions at Bharti Airtel, Lucent Technologies, HCL, and Avaya. This includes the growth of the Mumbai campus through MB1, MB2, MB3, and MB4, as well as the launch of the CN1 facility in Chennai.

Under his leadership, Equinix India has focused on strengthening interconnection capabilities and supporting demand for cloud, AI, and digital infrastructure services. His work has centred on expanding network-rich data centre environments, enabling low-latency connectivity, and bringing together cloud providers, networks, internet exchanges, and enterprises within a single platform. Alongside infrastructure growth, he has been involved in industry initiatives related to data centre development, policy engagement, digital inclusion, and workforce diversity.
