PB Siddhartha college to launch courses in AI & Data Science

According to M. Ramesh, Principal, P B Siddhartha College, this the first non-engineering institute to launch the initiative.

P B Siddhartha College of Arts and Science in Vijaywada has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a Hyderabad-based IT firm Blackbuck Engineers Pvt. Ltd. to launch Alan Turing Center of Excellence (CoE) in Artificial Intelligence.

As part of the collaboration, experts from the Blackbuck Engineers will train the students and faculty in emerging technologies like AI/ML, Data Science and Blockchain Technology etc. According to M. Ramesh, Principal, P B Siddhartha College, this the first non-engineering institute to launch the initiative.

The CoE is expected to promote research by enabling cutting-edge research in AI and ML relevant to industry and academia, provide training and conduct workshops catering to students and outreach programmes for re-skilling, and foster strong industry-academic synergy for AI adoption and execute impactful projects with industry and government and state-of-the-art AI courses.
