Dipesh Lakhotia has joined Britannia Industry Limited as the head of analytics. He previously worked at BRIDGEi2i Analytics Solutions as the Director, a post he served at for eight months.
He announced his departure from BRIDGEi2i in a LinkedIn post. He joined the organisation in 2017 as a product manager, working on a special project of building the CPG business unit. It has since then scaled to the largest business unit in the organisation. Lakhotia has also been a serial entrepreneur and founded two organisations – CravingMindz Training Solutions LLP and Textile Duniya. He began his professional career at Aditya Birla Group and has worked at organisations like Castrol and Mu Sigma, among others.
Notably, IT giant Accenture had recently announced the acquisition of BRIDGEi2i. As part of the acquisition, over 800 analytics professionals will be added to Accenture’s Applied Intelligence unit and help the company scale up its capabilities in data science, machine learning and AI-powered insights.
As for Britannia, before Lakhotia, Sunil Kumar D was the head of analytics, where he worked for three years. He moved on to Lenovo as head of data science and analytics in July this year.
