Vishal Virani

Vishal Virani is building a new category of AI-powered software development through what he calls ‘Vibe Solutioning’—an approach that enables AI to solve and deliver complete business outcomes rather than simply generate code. Over the previous year, he has grown Rocket from its headquarters in Surat into an AI platform serving Fortune 500 companies, while achieving rapid revenue growth with strong capital efficiency.

Under his leadership, Rocket has demonstrated how AI can automate end-to-end problem solving, allowing businesses to move from software development to AI-driven execution. The company’s growth reflects the increasing demand for AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes rather than productivity gains alone.

Virani believes AI presents India with an opportunity to transform its services economy by shifting from selling billable hours to delivering business results. He sees outcome-driven AI as the next phase of India’s global technology leadership.
