SalesKen, a sales conversation AI startup, has raised USD 22 million in a Series B. The funding round was led by M12, a venture fund owned by Microsoft and Sequoia Capital, an existing investor in the company. The company will use the funds to expand into the North American market and enhance and scale its proprietary deep-tech product.
Salesken, founded by Surga Thilakan and Sreeraman Vaidyanathan in 2010, is an in-call live sales intelligence platform. The category-creating product improves performance and revenue per sales representative by providing insights on gaps in their sales calls and bridging the gaps with real-time cues to the reps.
