VideoVerse has announced acquisition of Reely.ai, a prominent Esports AI-Powered content creation, and social media distribution company based in the US. VideoVerse is looking to enhance its existing capabilities and deliver superior services to its customers within the dynamic gaming and esports landscape.
Reely’s platform is capable of automatically identifying highlights and key moments within a game, making it easier to create highlight videos and share them on social media platforms. This streamlines the process of creating video content, automates editing, and assists increating better, more engaging videos. Hence, it has gained recognition amongst gamers and streamers in the industry.
VideoVerse CEO and Co-Founder Vinayak Shrivastav said, “Magnifi’s experience in providing engagement and reach solutions for social media and streaming platforms was the ideal foundation for us to strategically transition into the high-growth sector of eSports. But Reely’s platform automatically identifies key moments within a game, thus simplifying the creation of highlight videos and auto sharing them across various social media channels.
With the global online gaming market projected to reach $431.87 billion by 2030, according to Meticulous Research, VideoVerse is optimistic that its expertise in AI and its experience working with top broadcasters and sports organisations, combined with the capabilities of Reely, will enable esports companies and individual streamers to enhance audience engagement on their streams and explore new revenue opportunities.
VideoVerse has already begun incorporating the technology of Reely.ai into its current suite—-enabling the company to offer advanced tools to players, streamers, and content creators who are interested in creating, sharing, and expanding the reach of high-quality video content.
Founded in 2016 by Vinayak Shrivastav, Saket Dandotia, and Alok Patil, VideoVerse is backed by Stride Ventures, Innoven Capital, Pacific Western Bank, A91 Partners, Alpha Wave Global, and the former co-founder of Flipkart, Binny Bansal. It is located in India’s financial capital Mumbai, with offices in the UK, Europe, and Israel. It offers an artificial intelligence-based video editing suite for content creators and businesses in various sectors, including video streaming, broadcasting, sports clubs and leagues, marketing agencies, and online gaming platforms.
The company is revolutionising traditional, expensive, and time-consuming video editing techniques by transitioning them to cloud-based and web-based platforms—in turn making video editing more accessible and user-friendly for everyone.

VideoVerse employs three separate cloud-agnostic products that utilise artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to transform the way content is refined and consumed. Magnifi relies on face and image recognition, vision models, optical character recognition, audio detection, and natural language processing (NLP) as its key technologies. On the other hand, Styck and Illusto both utilise full-stack applications using the MERN (Mongo, Express, React, Node) stack.
VideoVerse has other products like Magnifi, Styck, and Illusto. Magnifi offers real-time video highlight technology for enterprises in sports, media, entertainment, and news. Styck allows creators to live stream on multiple social media platforms simultaneously. Illusto is a web-based video editor for creating and sharing content on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
